The rail road crossings at Vermilion, Adams and Grand will be closed from October 30, 2019 to November 1, 2019 for resurfacing, according to Mayor Forthofer. “Norfolk Southern has just informed the City that the crossings at Vermilion, Adams and Grand will be closed October 30th for resurfacing,” stated Mayor Forthofer.
